What You Need to Hear...

You feel an itch on your nose…and without even being aware of it, you start touching your face with your hands. It’s only human! We as a species love to accidently touch our faces and if we try to avoid that, it ends up seeming like a hard task to carry out. During this session we will be discussing the daily things that you should discontinue from your day to day routine. Right off the bat, we shouldn’t be touching our faces. Especially during these pandemic times, keeping your hands away from your eyes, nose and mouth is a ‘fool proof’ way of staying healthyand keeping germs out of our system. Not only are we protecting our immune systems in this way, we are also preventing dirt and oils built up on the surface of our skin which stops pimples from breaking out.

Since we’re already tackling some ways to prevent the spreading of the Coronavirus, another thing you need to take into action is social distancing. When you are around another person, you must never stand closer than 6 feet apart. Although you probably want to have physical contact, the disease is too far advanced and standing farther away increases your resistance. It’s not something you want to hear, it’s something you NEEDto hear. Another thing is that if you’re not feeling 100%, then stay home! There is absolutely no reason you should be leaving the house if you don’t feel well. Do not spread your germs to other places. Even if you feel fine and healthy, you could still be endangering the ones around you. So please, be kind and stay home as much as possible.

As much as we don’t want to be the fault that something didn’t work out, it’s anti-productive to place the blame on other. Take responsibility for your actions and it’ll help you grow. It’s never healthy to hold a grudge either. Holding grudges is a really toxic way of becoming an unpleasant person. If you have a falling out with someone, you might be angry at first, but from personal experience, it can always be talked through. Explain both sides of the situation and accept it for how it is. I want everyone to stay safe and wash their hands. You are more than welcome to respond or leave a comment directly to this post or through my social medias. Please respond with any comments about your self-quarantine journey, as I would love to have discussions about how to stay sane and happy. Any input about how the pandemic has affected you directly is welcome. Stay posted for future blog / website updates!
